Forum Nokia Technical Support offers technical expertise to mobile developers during the application development process.
Technical support is designed to solve a specific problem or answer a focused technical question, on a case-by-case basis. There is no money back guarantee if there is no solution for the support case. Official Nokia releases for the following technologies are supported via Technical Support:
We recommend you to utilize the following free resources before using the technical support service:
For instructions on how to access the service, please see the Technical Support Description at Forum Nokia Developer Programs. If you are new to the Forum Nokia e-store or Forum Nokia Technical Support, you will need to register to gain access. Create a free company account to access eStore.

If you are having trouble accessing any of these services, please contact forumnokiacrm(AT)nokia.com.
In API partnering a company can apply for an internal S60 C++ API. The API is partnered for one platform release at a time and concerning a single project.
API partnering requests are meant to be submitted when a technical support request cannot be solved via public APIs. Forum Nokia will then guide you to make an API partnering request. An API partnering ticket may be used individually also when there is a need to renew the Limited License Agreement (LLA), for example, when the API would be used in another project. API partnering tickets cannot be used for technical inquiries, instead the technical support should be used.
In order to apply for API partnering, you need to purchase a new support case called API Partnering from the Forum Nokia Developer Programs eStore. Once your purchase is complete, submit your request through Your Account/Submit Partnering API Request link.
A Limited License Agreement with Nokia needs to be signed when applying for an internal S60 API (for non-PRO members, NDA is also required). Forum Nokia cannot approve internal API requests, but presents the request to the Cross Nokia API Forum. The fee is for processing the request, hence there is no money back guarantee if the Cross Nokia API Forum rejects the request. Note that there is no binary or functional compatibility promise or support promise for partnered APIs.
Frequently partnered APIs are accessible via the SDK API plug-in
For instructions on how to access the service, please see the Technical Support Description at Forum Nokia Developer Programs. If you are new to the Forum Nokia e-store or Forum Nokia Technical Support, you will need to register to gain access. Create a free company account to access eStore.
Bug reporting is a feature on the Forum Nokia Web site that enables developers to submit bug reports related to Nokia platforms. These submissions are analyzed by technical experts, and the resulting technical solutions and known issues are published in the Forum Nokia KnowledgeBase.
To use this free-of-charge feature, the only requirements are that you be a registered member of Forum Nokia and have an e-store account. Please follow these steps to report a bug:
Please note that bug reporting does not initiate individual technical support. Forum Nokia does not guarantee that bug fixes are available in the certain release. If you’d like to request Forum Nokia Technical Support, go to the Forum Nokia Developer Programs Technical Resources page and follow the instructions.
