Forum Nokia has a process in place for assisting developers in creating, testing, and publishing SNAP Mobile games. This process covers the planning, development, compliance testing, deployment, and operation of a game.

Every SNAP Mobile application must be tested for compliance before it goes live. The SNAP Mobile Game Compliance Testing process ensures that each application is ready to run on a live SNAP Mobile Community server. The process is also designed to help developers produce high-quality games that meet the SNAP Mobile Standard Game Requirements (SGR).
The testing process consists of three phases: development, precompliance testing, and compliance testing, as shown below.
